Indeed she is NOT Cibo, we've adressed this several times before. The anime has no say on anything important because Nihei mostly had nothing to do with it. Besides, in the artbook it says that the girl is Iko and her dog is the fish. I don't really believe either way, but the artbook is probably a better source of information than the anime. |

Yeah, they had met before. Rembemer that rotting corpse that spoke to him in the sewers (Vol 2. Page 104 [Log 9])? Now that actually was Cibo. She was left there as punishment for the Net Sphere connection incident [Log 10] by the president of the Cyber Life Corporation. |

It's those two pages of solid text. That's an interview I believe. I hope to take some Japanese soon, so hopefully I can try to translate a bit at least. |
