I think on the omanga forum they mentioned the font they use to edit the BLAME! volumes with. Just use the trusty search button at the forum

i think that the logotipe of blame isn't a font, its's possible that be a vectorial image make from coreldraw or freehand. I don't know sure :? |

i've tried to something like the blame logo with photoshop, but i'dont know if it's good: if there is a font somewhere it would be much easyer and better for the size of the website. |
