From page 33-34: Now who is this Hinoto Kou? And his AI was forcibly made to leave by Zouoichi? On the left part of the page you'll also see the patrol officer who killed Kou.
Is it foreshadowing?
As for whether Zouoichi could be Killy? I'm leaning towards the Kanoes becoming Seu/Mensab myself.

According to another , that part of the story happens in the prequel of Biomega, that appeared in the Ultra Jump of April but wasn't translated, I think.
