I liked Dhomo and Iko personally, but I think Mensab would have been very cool if only Nihei had drawn her in more detail. As an AI/Protector Goddess she had an interesting persona.
D & I were the most human things in the world of Blame, apart from the fishermen, who were too primitive to really count. Dhomo and Iko represented humanity as it should have been: strong, augmented and capable of defeating any threat while still retaining their humanity. Killy and Cibo were cool characters, but they always struck me as alien...although not unsympathetic.

man! why the hell did Musubi get ignored that way?!
she's just 100 times sexier than both Cibo and Sanakan and her safeguard body/armor is my favourite in the whole Noise/BLAME world! she's just sick!
she does everything all alone (with just little help from Clawsa) and she doesn't even have a GBE with her, she's more brutal (mostly using her bare hands to rip off silicates' bodies instead of shooting) and primitive, maybe I even prefer her to Killy, who is coooool but has less humanity, and besides that, voting for Killy would be a little pointless: WE ALL MUST LOVE KILLY!
and yeah, I would have voted for the "ALL OF NIHEI's BAD GUYS" option
