I don't know if this was posted before but anyway here it goes: In the end of vol10 there is a guy that shoot killy in the head and then he dies with a shot of the gravitational beam emitter. He's he a clone of killy or something like that  He looks more like a governing agency agent like killy than a safeguard I think, is my thought wrong can someone explain me who's he

Safeguard, the same type as Killy (same face and all), but he has a crap gun, not even a GBE, just your standard laser. His ears bear the Safeguard logo -|- |
