Hmm, that image looks sort of familiar.
What I find interesting about it is how one of the eyes looks almost feminine, though maybe that's just me. Most of the "enhanced" characters retain a recognizable gender, but when one goes so far beyond human you wonder why they bother.
More on topic, I thought that Nyaldee's "spiky" appearance in ch18 was just a result of dabbling in the same sort of cybernetic/biological enhancement as everyone else... otherwise she'd remain almost normal in appearance, and that's completely unacceptable.
I noticed that she didn't wear a disguise in her headquarters... Being beautiful doesn't really inspire terror in your enemies, so maybe she wore the mask and cloak specifically for the attack. Come to think of it, Higaide wore a mask too, even though he wasn't deformed.
