actually he is really pissed and shot randomly in the megastructur, so he is able to feel.

Yes I was refering to the first picture.I don't think it's a stroke because Nihei Tsutomu didn't draw this thing in other side-pictures of Killy.This picture intend to show Killy's facial expression, there is sadness on his face.After this picture, the camera zooms out from the top and we see Killy kneels before Cibo's remains with a "defeat" posture which is very well used in japanese manga represents deep sorrow...

Mmh I think we should don't give much credit to the early books, I've read in an interview that he had the whole story in mind, but the details just came along as he was drawing.
So the whole "teenage" look of Killy, with loose pant and all is not the "real" Killy IMO.

I never thought of Killy as being teenaged TBH. Not even in Blame! Academy.

I'd say that Killy can feel emotions strongl but is not used to showing it outside on his face etc...also might be that Nihei wants to show Killy as badass and cool as much as possible.
