"When the Earth, cold and calm, clears, a shadow climbed the hill"... Killy reads these words from an old book at volume 2. Don't you know where are they from? BTW i finally read the manga and noticed interesting coincidences. Final page depicting Killy in the Great river reminds me of Mamoru Oshii's films, Ghost in the Shell and Angels Egg, which has similar symbolics: this possibly means uniting with your eternal self... and whole the "egg: stuff reminds of the great film, "Almost human", or "A tree of Palme" -- great epic anime of 2002 by Takashi Nakamura: http://imdb.com/title/tt0311618/ http://www.livejournal.com/users/gabrie ... 76949.html It is a soul of mad goddes contained here... |

I researched the words he reads in volume one ((its my sig)) but i found nothing. I'm not sure if they are actually from anything...though i suppose you would have to search for it in japanese huh? Hmn...I'm very interested to know also. At first i thought it might be from the Bible, but i da no. |
