My vote goes to Cibo for being so freaking versatile and cool. *Warning Vol 10 Spoilers ahead* Also, get real Phrostay, the Silicons' time is nearly up by the time BLAME! finishes. All Killy has to do is to succesfully get the Net Gene Carrier back into the city which should be piece of cake compared to what he's survived before. Once that is done, the Net Sphere is no longer in chaos and the complete forces of the Safeguard strike the Silicons at once. They wouldn't last a day 
And if somehow the Safeguard themselves couldn't handle the Silicon Creatures, the Net Gene Carrier should be able to; considering she's bred from Sanakan and Cibo, she'd be smart as hell and kick-ass, and with net genes, she could do practically anything. I guess if we actually had gotten to see more of her, she'd be my favorite character. *end spoilers* |

Well, I'm into writing stories, but I've never tried my hand at an actual fanfic. I might look into that if I manage to find or make a gap in my busy schedule consisting of sleeping, watching movies, reading fiction books, reading programming books, and fooling around with / looking for software for my new Palm PDA (it's actually a pretty old used one [m125], but hey you don't look a gift horse in the mouth; it's so cool and useful anyway). At least I'll keep it in mind and see if I come up with an interesting side-story, or some character that would fit in. Actually, I'm thinking right now that Musubi is excellent fanfic material since her part in BLAME! is left very open, and she has a cool Safeguard body and equipment. Maybe a fanfic that involves Musubi getting together with Killy and helping him out in the parts that were left out by Nihei? (namely, Killy's journey to the outside of the megastructure). |
