I'm working with my roomates in a scanlation group. Seems the size we're using is 1100 H x 745 W.
Than again, though I'm working in a group, I don't hold scanlations very highly. To me, they're temporary things to read in English until the series gets picked up by a decent publisher. Though I don't see this series getting picked up any time soon. Then you also get stuff like Tenjo Tenge. My roomate is reading the scanlations and buying the Japanese versions. Even got a local comic shop buying the Japanese editions.
