This is from one of the Akai Kiba doujinshi anthologies. I can't remember which one. The story doesn't make a lot of sense, but I translated it literally.

There should be 3 or 4 more shorts that we haven't seen besides this and A Small Package (i.e. "Abba"). They'd probably be difficult to find at this point.

About the meaning of this short I think that he went outside for some meal because his grandmother died (making a sandwitch?)... then he saw that arm trapped and he couldnt resist it. LOL.
