I cant decide between which of Nihei's works I like the best. I just love how each follows a specific path.
Biomega: Follows action and emotion.
BLAME!: Follows action and atmosphere combined with complex areas.
NOiSE: Focuses on Musubi's character.
Abara: Focuses on the organic formation of the Gauna.
NSE: I dont know....only read one chapter.

I voted Blame! But I think this poll is uncessesary. What does it matter who thinks which is better? Just enjoy each work for what it is.

Blame is better by far. Biomega's story is too linear, it has too little mega-architecture (which is Nihei's forte), and zombies are so overdone. Blame is a masterpiece of mystery, surrealism and obscurity. Even so, it had superior actions scenes; the part where the Level 9 activates and razes everything to the ground (Logs 49/50) is just about the most amazing thing I have ever seen in comics, and it blows me away to this day. I have yet to see such a moment in Biomega, though we've only seen a small part of that story so far. Biomega does have better human/organic artwork in some parts though.
