Yup', that's the end. It's just a totally hopeless and pessimistic little story  . The bro' donated his body and is now that degenerated organism which, if I understand well, is a non-stop food factory by cellular replication.
We can guess the guy even eat food produced by his own brother, literally. Maybe Nihei doesn't like GMO 
The color page is great, one of Nihei's best color work IMO. |

Abba is my favorite short story by Nihei. I think the Old guy and Killy are the same person, they both have peg legs. Or Nihei has a Peg Leg fetish. |
