Yesterday I've finished reading Blame!, and it's a f'n masterpiece. There is still few things that I didnt understand, but ill read it again soon. Who is the "girl" that shot Killy at the end? Is it some new character od again some weird merging of who knows who... |

Wich "girl" do you mean? The person, who shot Killy a hole in his head? (Im asking, because I never saw this person as a girl...) I thought it was just another kind of Safe Guard, because he/she has this sign on his/ her jacket. Although there are some similarities to Killy without hairs, dont know why. |

This "girl" looks like killy and has a similar looking weapon. Nihei never creates characters without any reason. |

So wat if that bald Killy was the real Killy? Or maybe, the bald one being the real one had intentions that meant ill towards the embryo and the Killy we all know and love was an impersonator. Crazy theories indeed. |

As already mentioned somewhere here in the board, the weapon of this "thing" seems like a GBE, but smaller. So it could be a never model. (or maybe an older, with less power) So it is possible that killy is an old prototype of an safeguard. That he has something to do with the safeguards, show some pictures in his regeneration process. (GBE with his white hand). The creature at the end could be a never model of the "killy" roboter. Maybe when the calamity happened there was no other safeguard for the netgene mission available than the old "killy" prototype. But at the end, I somehow thing that nihei isn´t that genius with this complex storylines. Maybe he just can´t draw so much faces and because that so many characters look similar. But that has maybe nothing to do with the story. Furthermore, do we really want to know everything? Isn´t BLAME! more interesting, when not all riddles are solved? 
I would not be very happy when nihei would come into this board and say: "Hey folks, there is nothing special about it. I just had no idea how to end it!" |

Who else in Blame! looked a lot like Killy? There was only one person that came to mind but I will not divulge who I have in mind just yet. |
