I think they should do a live action movie. It would work extremely well. At least, in my vision it would. I mean, after Aeon Flux, why not? (note, I am not interested in Aeon Flux)
The medium would transfer well to movies.

The movie is still in hot debate. The planned medium for it is 3D CGI. Many larger anime companies originally jumped onto the band wagon, but have been slowly jumping off cause of the fact that the cannot predict the reception of the work vs something like FF7 or Ghost in the Shell. Basically what happened to the Blame! movie is the same as what happened to the suposed HAlO movie. Also the Blame! anime was viewed as a failure to most audiences due to its inconsistancy of events and storyline.
