I know the one packaged with the DVD was the third shirt, does anyone know what the first 2 were? Are they availible anymore (I doubt it).

I believe there was a SE edition of one of the manga volumes (8 I think) that included a shirt. I may be wrong though, might have abeen a calender or something. |
