Hey everybody, it's been quite some time since I've been here... well anyways, I kinda ermember talk about that logo in the upper left and that the fint is not BLAME-esque enough. well, here's my contribution.
and if you feel like it, you all can make it your desktop, if you want of course
and if you have any suggestions, then let me know, give me some advice, ask questions, whatever
Thanks

To be honest, it's kinda hard to see the logo, especially the M and the E (the latter of which is too chopped up), not to mention that the exclamation mark is missing (which distinguishes it from the one-shot Nihei did).

It is very good, but letters need to be more clearer.
What I don`t like is combination of colours - background is great, but red on such doesn`t fit very well, and blue is not needed. That is my opinion.
For letters if you try to find some fitting green or maybe even one tone of gray, i thing it would look great.

Version 2
I used Photoshop 8.0
I used the red because i wanted to have a clear contrast to the background so that you get immediately what the image is all about.
And I can't remove the blue, it's part of the Background. I got it from one of the BLAME!-Anime eps.
Hope you like it-

Yup, this gray letters are much better fitting than red ones... Just if you can try to sharpen them, and image will be just great...

I perfered the red ones :p
The radial blur or whatever it's called in english pshop is too much visible IMO on the grey letters.
Although I don't like Nihei's colors-tyle much, red on green reminds me of the colors he uses (like a blue or red glove totally out of place )
I would say the problem with the grey letter is that it's not the grey letters that make the title, but it's the green background that is brighter that makes the title in the shape of the grey letters. You see the difference ? I may be talking like an artist (in the "what-I-say-doesn't-really-mean-anything-but-sounds-cool" way) and I don't like that, but that's what comes to my mind.
Personnally I would sharpen the red letters, or try to keep the "interior" of the letters sharp (I mean the outline of the letter which is towards the center, and so the light source, like the right part of the "B"), and blur only the "exterior" (like the left part of the "B"), well just a thought, maybe it wouldn't look so good cuz' maybe the A would be too sharp compared to the B and E that are on the extremities... don't know^^
About the blue in the background, if you want to remove it, try "Image adjust selective color", then choose "blue" or "cyan", and put everything black (4th slider I think). The result is not garanted as it may change the green part of the picture too (as green may contain blue or cyan). Well maybe you know this function but personnally this is a function I never used for a while, then one day I tried it and I was like "ooooh... well, this is exactly what I sometimes needed... If I knew it...", you may also try "replace color" in the same tab/panel/whatever.
Also I think the B shouldn't be bigger than hte other letters, but of course keep the "!".
Maybe adding just a small part of the same blue on the right half of the picture would be good too. But something different, not a line, just a spot, a weird text, like datas or something...
And if you have a scanner, you could scan the title (the one on book 7 looks quite clean and different from the background), unless you want to do it by yourself of course.
^^

I'll try to sharpen the gray images. Until then you'd have to go with these.
And btw. I scanned the logo from Vol. 2
hope you like the Blue
and here's just something I stumbled across, it's kinda grey... but weird. I kinda like it
