Not exactly 'fanart', but fan-made, definately. Browsed www.animemusicvideos.org and the only result for Blame! was . I did not make this incidentally.
Track is 'Come To Daddy' by Aphex Twin, and for the other thread regarding music, I think this summarises the mad fights in Blame! and mindless destruction. I've not seen the anime yet (university firewall stops Bittorrent) so I don't know if this music video is just a copy of it, but I'm fairly sure that a lot of work was put into making this match with the music and with lots of effects to make it all the more Blame-ish.
At 72megs, it's a large file, but well worth the download.
