Actually, I would like to see a few of the same characters (one being Killy, of course) in a different genre/story/whatever. Either something that follows Killy after the original Blame! series or something entirely different...only with Killy. Nothing stops a Killy diehard from imagining

I can kind of see where you're coming from in terms of cliche and generic fantasy, but I will point to instances like Full Metal Alchemist where everything works inside set rules. I think today that aspect is becoming more prevalent in more adult series, which is usually a plus. I can understand the stigma, but I think there are ways around it. I wouldn't want Nihei to waste his skill on something like a Dragon Quest clone.
