Just some talk about other stuff - what is your favorite manga/anime (except Blame! ^^), what do you watch and so...
For me except Blame! wich IS my favorite I like Ghost in the Shell, Naruto, Alita, Akira... and pretty much all S-h-o-u-j-o mangas... ^-^
My favorite anime are Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Kare-Kano, Serial Experiments Lain, RahXephon, Naruto and more or less rather large number of titles... ^^
Now the thing I wait for every single episeode to air in Japan is Ghost in the Shell: 2nd GIG wich is absolute best series ever...

I like very much Berserk. It gets too harsh sometimes, but it's really an awesome story, and the drawings are wonderful.

About anime, I would like to add Witch Hunter Robin : it is not very popular, and maybe it is not a masterpiece, but I liked it a lot.

Favorite manga (besides BLAME! and NOiSE): Battle Angel Alita, and Gunnm Last Order. I've also enjoyed reading stuff like Naruto and Kenshin.

Favorite anime: At the moment I equally enjoy Texhnolyze and GITS: SAC (both seasons). Other anime I've enjoyed: Witch Hunter Robin, Cowboy Bebop, .hack//SIGN, and the Rurouni Kenshin OVAs. KareKano was also pretty enjoyable even though it was not the kind of stuff I usually watch. Gunslinger Girl is pretty good as well, but I just watch it sporadically. Whoa, how could I forget Lain... now that was a mind-fuck!

May I also introduce another category: Favorite Japanese Movie?
Well I don't have one favorite japanese movie, 'cause there're so many good ones. Among my favorites are: Kairo, Cure, Kourei and Charisma by Kiyoshi Kurosawa, the Juon series by Takashi Shimizu, Battle Royale by Kinji Fukasaku, Hana-bi and Sonatine by Takeshi Kitano.

For anime I must mention Boogiebop Phantom and Paranoia Agent (new one from the same director) - both of them are pscyho and mind-game fucks... ^^ but when you start to watch there is no stop untill it ends... ^o^

For Japanese movies I must suggest you to look Jisatsu Circle (or engl. SUICIDE CLUB.) movie from 2002. It is realy crazy but afther you see it don`t miss to read MANGA (there is on Omanga) it has only 2vol. but it is really great. Except that great thing is allso Battle Royale 2 wich is even crazyer than first one... There are few really good things more but I can`t remember it now...
And - for the Z chategory total trash movie - try to look WILD ZERO. Jap. movie that some really crazy sicko made ^^.

Nyo... give a chance to SE Lain... it is really great anime... one of my favorite and story is so good and intriguing that drawing and sfuff are of less importance once when you get hooked up on story... ^^

Samurai Shamploo is the latest anime that I liked. Watanabe rules! So I like Cowboy Bebop too.

Champloo ROCKS! its da best of all 2004-2005 anime Offcourse I liked GITS2 and now waiting for GITS SAC 2nd season those are totaly gods at sci-fi Other NEW anime that I like very much were Macross Zero, Paranoia Agent, Sunabouzu & Genshinken theyre realy great so dont say that 2004 didnt brought anything good
