>>darkangel012
I have interest in Nihei's books which are published abroad(Besides Japan),
I bought BLAME!9 of a German version in Amazon, because I was going to introduce it on my Brog.
The type face (...longhand?) of a German version is cool!!!
So, my hobby is to buy manga of various countries.well.. I haven't studied german yet.^^
PS. book shelf http://d.hatena.ne.jp/images/diary/u/ur ... -06-22.jpg From a left edge BLAME!>NOiSE >BIOMEGA
sorry..I'm not good at English.

I'm from Toronto, Canada. Only one other person I know who knows about and likes Nihei here. The dark, architectural style of Blame caught my attention in a sea of look-alike mangas, and I couldn't stop reading it.
Manga in general was very low-profile until last year, when all of a sudden every major bookstore installed shelves of the stuff. I guess anime culture eventually turned to manga culture.
I suspect only when people get sick of the same bishounen and bishoujo manga will they turn to more interesting fare like Blame.
