Wouldn't matter Graviton Beam Emitter, Blame! NSE only has one chapter published...You'd just be wasting your money.
It's not that no one is scanning it...it just...doesn't exist.

Since this has more or less turned into a let's-worship-sceadu-because-he-feeds-us-translations thread, I thought I'd contribute something about deadheads. I just picked up the art book the other day and it turns out the reason the raw scans are so bad is because the entire thing is actually shrunk down and crammed on to only two pages! The fact that they're even discernable at their current magnification is a miracle.

I'd theorize that we'll see it, though I doubt soon. It should depend on a few things. How deaheads is coming, How good the scans of Abara are, and how much text there is. Possibly soon, but that depends on what you considder soon.
