I like Eden, although now that I've read some posts here, I'm not too sure about the plot either. But I still like the characters very much.

Hm Eden is indeed great manga with interesting characters and storyline but its confusing if there is a pause between one volume to another... (I'm reading the german volume releases not the single chaps...)

Lots of character development and the manga is set in a series of short story arcs so there might a bit of a gap in the story between each arc.

ok - than i didn't miss anything...
...another thing i'm a bit upset with: EDEN books are getting thiner and thiner.... the same illness as with any other mange i liked before.... ant the stories get also a bit boring... as if they lost some intensivness...
but still nice stories 2 read...

I bought the first 7 volumes, this manga's great, the mechs makes me remember the ones in ghost in the shell, but without all the talk, and more action. Not that I don't like gits, but eden also talks about a lot of different themes.

The action sequences are very well done and the character development too is handled well.
