Johnny Depp ? Mmh I don't know, I have some difficulties imagining him as Killy. He may be too "pretty".
It's hard to imagine anyone as Killy. It's the same as for Ryu, you don't imagine him as a Japanese, but you don't imagine him as a non-Japanese either.
I'm thinking about Christian Bale, who looks badass and could almost make a good Killy, but he maybe looks too badass, too determined.
Sometimes Killy looks determined too but most of the time he looks like he's wondering what he's doing here.
Vigo Mortensen had that same feeling in LotR. He looked "wondering", but could look more determined when needed.
Not that Mortensen would fit, but I'd say the actor would definitely need this kind of expression on his face.

Blame in CG sound interesting, the story as we all know is excellent and if the grafic is the usual status quo of jp CG movies we should be put in front of a masterpiece as usually only Miyazaki can do (or at least i have high hopes) so i just can't wait for the release.
