If I had to narrow it down, I'd say:
Killy
Schiff
Pcell
(The) Colonel
Sakijima (He's the bad cop...not the good one...)
Digimortal (either form)
Tolaris/Lataris (They're tied)
and Blon I guess, but only because his power is interesting...

I was thinking something like that, but unlike most pre-defined main characters, Killy is very different.
I actually don't think that it's unimaginative to put Killy.
