I choose...PCELL!
I always liked her  ...
But seriously, I can't choose between Sanakan and Cibo. I love 'em both in their trenchcoat costumes.
But I think Pcell beats them. I like it how she acts all depressed or hurt (if you notice) when she does something that might hurt Dhomo or Killy, but then smiles MADLY when Cibo fires at her.
Notice how many people in the manga either A) cannot beat Killy, or B) think they have defeated Killy only for him to rise up and annihilate them?
Like Sanakan, Pcell is not one of those peole. She thrusts him through 20 feet of metal after losing an arm and then retreating once Dhomo appears.
I like her...
