I'm more on the side of slowly releasing HQ scans, because I have no hopes left for Biomega to arrive to Italy, and I've no knowledge of Japanese language, thus EG scanslations are the only way for me to truly appreciate the manga. Furthermore, italian 'official' translations for Nihei's work have proven to be shockingly wrong, uncorrect and misleading.
[an example, the connection speed of Davine has become 'strangely fast' in the Italian translation... but the examples are countless...]
[this has brought to the paradoxal situation of downloading the scanslations after reading the 'real' manga]

Hybris, you are pretty bad informed. Panini it´s already publishing Biomega in Italy  . I believe they have already released the first three volumes.
By the way, I hope Evil-genius chapter 27 scanlation arrives soon, as that is a chapter with very few text bubbles.
