In the German volume he says something similar but I always thought, he refers to the pop-up's in his vision (you could say his HUD). This is, by the way, another indication because Dhomo also has this HUD and uses it - like Killy - for scanning someone else's retina.

And: in ch. 20, Chibo got into this cyberspace because she had contact with Killy (so says the Controller). Then the Controller says, that Killy is something like a pre-safeguard, which would fit very well in the theory with the pictures of the kidnapped children in Noise. Finally Killy is, like the huge SG, affected by the "Limit Cancel" command so they have to share some similarities, both SG's and Killy.

btw. i foun A GREAT evidence that Killy's particular GBE is somehow made only for him. I do not know why i missed it earlier.

Vol 8 chapter 46 page 33. The GBE does some *baBEEP sound and based on that Cibo says that Killy is nearby.

While that is a good point, look at this.



I realize that the English here is not good, but basically Cibo says that the noise is like, if not the same, as Killy's gun.

Also, I think that Cailon had a good idea with his point about the limiter.
Killy seems unable to reach Level 4+ until he drains the energy from the disabled exterminaters. If such a limit exists, it would appear that he has overridden it at this point and can use the level as he sees fit.

Sana-Kan on the other hand seems unable to do this until she works exclusively for the Governing Agency (as seen when she does not have the SG emblem on her forehead).
If she had this ability earlier, there are plenty of times that she could have if not should have used it (e.g. when she attempted to destroy the Central AI of THI).
