yeah, anime reactor 2003 & 2004 were great littles conventions, and I hold some treasured memories from them.

It feels like a lifetime ago for me, as everything has changed in my life since then, but I still have my copy of BLAME! volume 10 sitting on a shelf above my bed. It was his personal copy that he had removed from his backpack and given to me himself, after drawing a little doodle in it. His translator had said it had just been released in japan that weekend and he wanted me to have his copy because I was the only person that recognized and approach him at the beginning of the weekend, before he had any panel discussions. He said that had never happend to him before. We then had a broken conversation about Halo and I thanked him immensely and we shook hands. Long nights spent searching through japanese BLAME! websites paid off!!

I was only 16 at the time... AHHHH, I feel old now! MENDOKUSAI!!


Good times... I miss them.
